Aim To investigate the effect of Ber on the expression of PPARα gene and its regulatory gene CPTⅠA in HepG2.

目的研究小檗堿(Berberine,Ber)對(duì)HepG2細(xì)胞的PPARα基因及其調(diào)控基因CPTⅠA表達(dá)的影響。

Human hepatoma cell line HepG2 was treated by Ber with various concentrations (10~(-6)mol/l,3×10~(-6)mol/l,10~(-5)mol/l,3×10~(-5)mol/l,10~(-4)mol/l,3×10~(-4)mol/l) for 24 h,the mRNA expressions of PPARαand its regulatory gene CPTⅠA in the cultured HepG2 cells were assayed by RT-PCR and 3×10~(-5)mol/l was ascertained as the optimal concentration.

培養(yǎng)人肝癌細(xì)胞HepG2 ,給予不同濃度Ber(10~(-6)mol/l、3×10~(-6)mol/l、10~(-5)mol/l、3×10~(-5)mol/l、10~(-4)mol/l、3×10~(-4)mol/l),作用細(xì)胞24 h后應(yīng)用RT-PCR觀察對(duì)HepG2細(xì)胞PPARα及其調(diào)控基因CPTⅠA mRNA表達(dá)水平的影響,確定Ber作用的最佳濃度。

Methods:313 children of ADHD diagnosed by IVA-CPT,which had the normal IQ and measured up the diagnosis of DSM-Ⅳ were test to analyze and discuss the visual/auditory attention and response control ability by t test and F test.
