Based on morphological, physiological, and biochemical as well as molecular biologicalcharacteristics, SPRI 94166 was identified as Streptomyces lavendulae.

菌株SPIR94166是從廣西采集的土壤樣品中分離得到的具有產(chǎn)除草活性物質(zhì)菌株,根據(jù)其形態(tài)學(xué)特征、生理生化特性和分子生物學(xué)特性等,認(rèn)為菌株SPIR94166是屬于淡紫灰鏈霉菌。

Based on the results of morphological, physiological, chemotaxonomic characteristics and 16S rRNA analysis, strain ZG0429 was placed within the genus Streptomyces and identified as the species Streptomyces lavendulae.

從土壤中篩選得到1株高產(chǎn)鏈霉親和素的放線菌ZG0429,根據(jù)形態(tài)觀察、培養(yǎng)特征、生理生化鑒定以及16S rRNA序列分析,初步判定該菌株為鏈霉菌屬中的淡紫灰鏈霉菌(Streptomyces lavendulae)。
