In this paper,technology of blended various length staple fibers processing together was studied,60Nm ramie/vinylon/polyester/cotton fibers blended yarn was formed on the roving frame by mixing the cotton/polyester short fibers slivers and ramie/vinylon long fibers slivers together.

通過對(duì)長短纖維紡紗的工藝路線及關(guān)鍵工序的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究和創(chuàng)新,在苧麻粗紗機(jī)上將滌/棉短纖維條與麻/維長纖維條進(jìn)行復(fù)合,紡出60Nm麻/維/滌/棉長短纖維復(fù)合紗。

The causes of scratch on the bottom surface of sheet,long or short length of shearing were analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.

介紹了寶鋼熱軋薄板生產(chǎn)線D1型飛剪的主要特點(diǎn)、基本結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理;重點(diǎn)分析了該飛剪在使用中存在鋼板下表面劃傷、剪切長短尺等問題的產(chǎn)生原因,并提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。
